This Utah 3 hour mandatory course was designed with the real estate professional’s busy life in mind. Our simple, straight forward CE course is meant to educate you efficiently and effectively! This course contains 3 credit hours towards the 9 required hours of core education for renewing your license.
The course contains all of the required topic areas: Agency Basics, Real Estate Purchase Contract Basics and Code Updates and Industry Issues. When you have completed the course, you will be provided a certificate of completion and CinchCE will report your course completion to the UT Division of Real Estate.
