About Troy

Troy entered the real estate industry in 2006 as a hardworking and eager to learn “kid.” He became licensed as both a real estate agent and mortgage loan officer and quickly fell in love with the business. In 2011 he started his own mortgage brokerage, Cinch Home Loans, that he still operates as the President and Principal Lender Manager to this day. In 2014 he added his real estate broker’s license to his resume.

Conducting business in multiple states and different markets, Troy has successfully navigated thousands of real estate transactions as a mortgage loan originator, principal lending manager, and real estate broker. This experience, combined with his passion for the industry and desire to continue learning, make him an exciting instructor.

A Utah native, Troy enjoys fly fishing, camping, grilling, college football, and baseball.
